High-rise residential building. The roof, walls and partitions, ceiling, exterior and interior decoration, floor, windows, doors, engineering networks of the apartments were destroyed due to shelling and fire impact after the fire that broke out.
Overhaul of an apartment building on the street Tsentralna, 425B in the village Borodyanka, Buchansky district, Kyiv region. Required composition of works (beginning):

  • replace all damaged double-glazed windows, window frames, door blocks and door panels with new ones that will meet the current requirements for the minimum permissible heat transfer resistance of the enclosing structure;< /span>
  • thawed and weathered sections of the stone masonry of the plinth must be repaired by dismantling the damaged part of the body of the stone elements, followed by lining with repair concrete mortar and equipment;

  • completely replace the roof, as well as repair/reinforce/replace the supporting structures of the roof; replace all damaged double-glazed windows, window frames, door blocks and door panels with new ones that meet the current requirements for the minimum permissible heat transfer resistance of the enclosing structure;
  • repair the cracks of load-bearing walls by inserting into the structure of the walls steel rods that “stitch” the cracks, for example, Mapei Steel Bar;
  • dismantle the destroyed partitions and arrange new ones;
  • damaged elements of heating engineering networks are recommended to be replaced with new ones;
  • cracks along the seams between the floor slabs should be sewn up and sealed with cement repair solutions;
  • cracks in places where staircases adjoin the walls should be patched up and sealed with cement repair solutions with controlled shrinkage;
  • damage (holes and chips) on the facades can be repaired by replacing the damaged area using similar bricks. Minor damage can be filled with cement repair solutions followed by furnishing with an imitation of the appearance of the main facade;
