WORKING PRINCIPLE
In the Buchansk community, there are almost 161 buildings under the service of the communal enterprise “Buchaservice”, 38 buildings have been thermomodernized, 123 need thermomodernization. According to preliminary estimates, the thermal modernization of these buildings will cost from 6.5 to 13.1 million US dollars, depending on the achieved energy efficiency class, of which 260 thousand dollars will be spent on installing water meters. Considering the amount, one of the most optimal ways to carry out thermal modernization in budget institutions is to attract private investors (usually ESCO) under the energy service mechanism.
