Therefore, we must do our best to make the building at 104B Kyivo-Myrotskyi a home again. It is within our power.
The first five floors were restored for people, preserving the existing layout as much as possible,
but a security block was added to each apartment.
The building was increased in height in order to have apartments for the military.
More apartments were added so that people would have a place to live.
If we are working on preserving the house and not demolishing it, why not make the most of the situation
and provide housing for a larger number of people. We practically doubled the number of apartments. It was 17, it became 33.
