… many people are leaning before the circumstances when they are assured that it is impossible to achieve a certain goal. But try to say such a phrase to an Israeli. This will only be an impetus for an inspired search for ways to implement, if not the original idea, then something quite close to it. Maybe even better than the original idea. We will rebuild everything in Ukraine!
It is possible to win.
It was dark. It was loud. It was difficult for many, and scary for some. We can still be dark and loud and complicated. But we will definitely never be afraid again. And there will never be any shame.
This was our year. Year of Ukraine. Year of Ukrainians.
We woke up on February 24. The rest of us. Another people. Other Ukrainians. The first rockets finally destroyed the labyrinth of illusions. We saw who is who. What friends, enemies are capable of, and most importantly, what we ourselves are capable of.
We beat the panic. They did not run away, but gathered. We have overcome doubts, despair, fear. We believed in ourselves and in our strength.
This year has wounded us in the heart. We cried all the tears. All the prayers were shouted.

It is impossible to forget. And it is impossible to forgive. But it is possible to win.
We stood on our feet because there was something that kept us going. Our spirit.
The area of independent Ukraine, as it was since 1991. As it will always be. May the new year bring all this. We are ready to fight for it. That’s why each of us is here. I’m here. We are here. You are here. Everyone is here. We are all Ukraine.
